The Replace Your Ride program, administered by the South Coast Air Quality Management District, remains one of the most generous e-bike incentive programs in the country. Qualifying participants can receive up to $12,000 toward a new e-bike, helmet, and accessories — with front-door delivery and full assembly included.

Who Qualifies?

• You must live within the South Coast AQMD jurisdiction (Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, or San Bernardino counties)
• You must have a vehicle title in your name for at least 12 months, owned and operated in California for at least 24 months
• The vehicle must be model year 2010 or older
• Your household income must be at or below 300% of the federal poverty level
